This structure intends to reestablish the traditional relationship with the individual. The project escapes from subduing with size, soaring with height, impose with highly scale, and exposed with power. Renounces in standing completely vertically like a plumb-line at its highest elevation showing some insolence from the ground before us; on the contrary, just as the slope of a mountain that descends gently as far as our feet and allows us to ascend with open arms and invites us to enter. The disposition of the east and west facades are leaning back in a way like they were bowing with courtesy to the arrival of its visitors; therefore, prevents the structure to present itself like a massive wall and intimidate. The building instead is helpful, even under its large covering of twenty meters high it allows to be touch and connects with the ground to serve as a ladder or steps in which permits access to different floors or you can take a walk up to top to enjoy a pleasant view. For the approaching guests the access point of the building is much lower and simply available. It can relate to a good parent, far from remaining inaccessible and distant from there children but, without lacking authority demonstrates a caring and affectionate side by bending down and holding them ready to help. This way the structure becomes closer and accessible without emotional and architectural barriers.

More Details:
The socle gives the building a near and warm color preventing crystallization of the lower level, working effectively to reduce power and cost of the air conditioning equipment.

Materials: The lower wall is made of a tan concrete stone as well as the tile that covers it. The glass crystals are tinted with a tone of sand and the metallic elements have a rusty look. Also, an Ivy blanket lies over the inclined covering. In agreement with a bioclimatic design, the wing provides excellent shade and will reduce over heating during the summer but, it will allow the sun to go by during the winter.
The outside foot-bridges facilitate the maintenance and cleaning of the exterior glass and offers shade helping interior over heating.

The building is probably one of the easiest, fastest and versatile to evacuate. The two buildings join with inner foot-bridges. The ladders that climb along the tiled roof can come together on the summit allowing passage from one side to the other, contributing to dispose an alternative way to abandon due to fire. - Interior ladders (The ones resulting for the final project) - On every side of the covered ramp - Ascending on any of the three foot-bridges that connect to the other building - Climbing over the covering and passing to the other side (this is a “virtual connection” not shown in every viewpoint)

| Fountains, trees and gardens along the borders, refresh and protect from undesired sounds and views. The exterior ladders can be made mechanical. All the areas near the building on the lower level can be used for public acts, shows, meetings and recreational activities. The roof covering is capable of collecting water and recycle. | |
| The project is intended for a public building because of the service that it provides, although; the building can be used in anyway. This project can be developed into different ones such as, apartments, a museum or a hotel, and even for an automobile company. |
